Blog Write Up 01/04/14

The final week I used to finish off my products, I edited a couple photographs slightly before inserting them into my products. The editing process involved using the spot heal tool in order to remove some creases from the model's shirt, a couple of spots/marks from his face etc. I also very slightly modified the exposure of the photograph as well as colour correction to make the photograph look bright and make the model 'pop out' from the background.

After the photograph was inserted, the colours of the text had to be changed as they did not work with the red background as they were a similar colour of red and therefore was difficult to read without a great deal of effort, which isn't ideal on a front cover being the first thing your audience will see and take note of.
